    Default The Future of Poker?

Is this the future of poker? This picture comes from a casino in Florida. Ninjas playing poker. Hialeah Park Racing & Casino in Florida testing a poker table with customers wearing masks and playing behind a giant sneeze guard.

Just spent 2 days as a VIP on a re=open invitation and the mask wearing was a real pita! No smoking was great though.

That's wonderful CP. I hope you had a good time and that you won. I'm sure it was a pain in the ass wearing masks inside of a casino. Did you happen to play any blackjack on a 3 handed table or any poker? If so how would you describe your experience?

In a NLHE cash game I'd rather play on a full table because there is more cash to be had and I wouldn't like paying the blind every 2 hands even though with less players the cards become more valuable. I'm not totally against it though if that's all that is to be had. However in a 7 Card Stud 8/B game I wouldn't mind playing on a table with 4 players because I can play for the high or low hand. A NLHE limit game would be a fun game to play because you wouldn't be blasted out of every hand with pre-flop raises if you have somewhat of a decent starting poker hand to play.

Default Masks and Poker is Not to Be

Since the mask mandate has ended in my home state the gaming commission has loosened up the mask rules in casinos and at poker. Masks are now optional while playing in the casino. Thank god I don't live in a Democrat run state and that the powers that be are realizing this pandemic is 100% Bullshit!
