    Default the Great Deceiver

With his Zionist cabinet, Drumpf lied about pulling troops out of Syria just as he lied about the JFK documents release. His agenda(Israel's and Bolton's) is to occupy Iran but the Iranians won't allow it.

Does the Trump Regime Intend War on Iran?
by Stephen Lendman (stephenlendman.org - Home - Stephen Lendman)
Trump and regime hardliners running his geopolitical agenda are hellbent for replacing Iranian sovereign independence with US-controlled fascist tyranny.
Bush/Cheney neocons prepared war plans to attack Iran, updated over time, not implemented so far. Covert US/Israeli anti-Iran destabilizing actions have been ongoing for years.

Trump regime political, economic, financial, sanctions, and propaganda war on the Islamic Republic rages illegally.

DLT earlier lied, claiming Iran is "a corrupt dictatorship…whose chief exports are violence, bloodshed, and chaos," adding:
"We cannot let a murderous regime continue these destabilizing activities while building dangerous missiles."

He and other regime officials lied, claiming Iran supports the scourge of regional terrorism it's combatting - ISIS and likeminded jihadists created and supported by Washington.

He lied accusing Iran of being "under the control of a fanatical regime that seized power in 1979 and forced a proud people to submit to its extremist rule," adding:

It "raided the wealth of one of the world's oldest and most vibrant nations, and spread death, destruction, and chaos all around the globe" - a US, NATO, Israeli specialty. The Islamic Republic is the Middle East's leading proponent of peace and stability.

Pompeo threatened Iran numerous times, again in early January, warning the Islamic Republic against its legitimate right to launch satellites into orbit, using domestically-manufactured rockets.

He lied claiming its space rocket launches violate Security Council Resolution 2231, affirming the JCPOA nuclear deal, a legally binding international agreement the Trump regime breached by withdrawing.

It has no right to criticize Iran's legitimate commercial nuclear activities, ballistic missile development and use.

Pompeo threatened Iran saying the US "will not stand by and watch (its) destructive policies (sic) place international stability and security at risk (sic)" - US specialities, not the Islamic Republic's.

In response, Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif tweeted:

"Iran's launch of space vehicles - & missile tests - are NOT in violation of (Resolution) 2231. The US is in material breach of same, & as such it is in no position to lecture anyone on it.
Threats engender threats, while civility begets civility."

On Thursday, Iranian President Hassan Rouhani said satellite launches are planned "in the coming weeks. (W)e will send two new satellites into space using our domestically-built rockets," he announced.

Late last year, Iran's Deputy Defense Minister General Qassem Taqizadeh said three satellite launches are planned early in the new year - perhaps in February, coinciding with the 40th anniversary of the Islamic Revolution, ending a generation of US/UK-installed tyranny.

Last month, head of Russia's UN Press, Information and Public Relations mission Fyodor Strzhizhovsky, said "the Russian Federation has no" information, indicating Iranian ballistic missiles are "designed to carry nuclear warheads."

During UN Security Council consultations on this issue, the US, UK and France "presented (no) evidence" suggesting it, adding:

"Instead of threats and sanctions, the parties concerned should engage in a full-fledged dialogue based on mutual respect. We do not believe that Iran violated UN Security Council Resolution 2231…"

"(T)here is no evidence of Iran creating infrastructure to store and service nuclear weapons."

Iran's UN mission said "(p)ortraying Iran's ballistic missile program as inconsistent with resolution 2231 or as a regional threat is a deceptive and hostile policy of the US."
Iran threatens no one. Its nuclear and ballistic missile programs fully comply with the JCPOA and other international laws.

The US and its imperial partners threaten world peace and humanity's survival. Its accusations against other countries are unsupported by evidence.

It consistently ignores its own highest of high crimes, its endless wars of aggression on humanity.

US/Israeli New Year's Resolution on Iran

by Stephen Lendman (stephenlendman.org - Home - Stephen Lendman)

US/Israeli Iran bashing has been ongoing for nearly 40 years, regime change the objective of both countries.

Long-planned US naked aggression on the Islamic Republic may be coming if its political, economic, financial, and propaganda war fails to achieve its objective.

A year ago ahead of Trump's inauguration, a joint House/Senate Resolution 10: Authorization of Use of Force Against Iran Resolution was introduced.

Though not adopted, it called for "us(ing) the Armed Forces of the United States as the President determines necessary and appropriate in order to achieve the goal of preventing Iran from obtaining nuclear weapons" - knowing the Islamic Republic's legitimate nuclear program has no military component.

Time and again, its leadership called for eliminating these weapons. Nothing suggests they intend developing them, nor does any evidence indicate Iran threatens Israel, the US, or any other countries.

It's the region's leading proponent of peace and stability, its agenda polar opposite how the US, NATO, Israel, and their imperial partners operate.

The issue about Iran is its sovereign independence, its refusal to subordinate its sovereignty to US interests, the way all countries everywhere should operate.

US sanctions and other actions against the Islamic Republic are flagrantly illegal. Its claims about its regional policies are Big Lies.

A Trump regime State Department report on Iran vilified the country with malicious disinformation.

It lied claiming the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) "regularly threatens freedom of navigation in the Persian Gulf while its Aerospace Force directs the country's ballistic missile program in defiance of Security Council resolutions."

It lied saying Tehran supports regional terrorist groups, adding "(s)ince 1979, Iran has made it a policy of state to actively direct, facilitate, and carry out terrorist activity globally" - a US, NATO, Israeli specialty, polar opposite how the Islamic Republic operates.

It lied claiming "Iran's development of ballistic missiles…pose a critical threat to regional security." The Islamic Republic's military and legitimate weapons are solely for defense.

Iran hasn't attacked another country in centuries. It threatens none now. The US, NATO, Israel, and their imperial partners threaten everyone everywhere.

A further litany of Big Lies followed, how the US operates ahead of and while pursuing regime change actions against targeted countries, Iran a prime one.

That's what US imperialism is all about, a diabolical plot for global hegemony by whatever it takes to achieve its aims, endless wars its favored strategy.

Will Iran be targeted in the new year? Will Trump regime hardliners go this far to replace its legitimate government with pro-Western puppet rule?

On Tuesday, Mike Pompeo and Benjamin Netanyahu met face-to-face. They vowed to continue jointly cooperating on countering Syria and nonexistent Iranian "aggression" - whether US forces stay or leave the Syrian Arab Republic.

Commenting for the first time on Trump's troop withdrawal announcement, Pompeo said it "in no way changes anything that this administration is working on alongside Israel," adding:

"The counter-ISIS campaign (sic) continues, our efforts to counter Iranian aggression (sic) continue, and our commitment to Middle East stability (sic) and the protection of Israel continues in the same way it did before that decision was made."

Netanyahu said that "(w)e're going to (continue) our intense (regional) cooperation" in countering Syria and Iran," turning truth on its head claiming Israeli actions are for "self-defense" - ignoring that the US and Israel have no enemies in the Middle East or anywhere else, just invented ones to unjustifiably justify waging forever wars.

Deputy State Department spokesman Robert Palladino lied, saying Pompeo and Netanyahu "discussed the unacceptable threat that regional aggression and provocation by Iran and its agents (sic) poses to Israeli and regional security."

When repeated endlessly, Big Lies take on a life of their own, Iran unjustifiably assaulted by them since its 1979 revolution.

Relentless US-led hostility toward the country failed to achieve its objectives? Is war on the Islamic Republic likely in the new year?

For sure, US/Israeli hostility toward Iran will continue intensively, perhaps escalate beyond what's now ongoing.

It's unknown how far Trump and Netanyahu will go. War remains an ominous possibility - risking Russian involvement if launched, heightening the chance for East/West confrontation beyond what's happened so far.

Previous articles discussed the ominous possibility of US launched global war with nuclear weapons, hardliners in Washington thinking they can win.

US war plans were prepared long ago and updated against all its adversaries, notably Russia, China and Iran.

The sole purpose of NATO is to pursue Washington's imperial objectives, including its endless wars, wanting ruling authorities in all sovereign independent countries eliminated.

That's where things are heading because militarist hardliners run Washington's geopolitical agenda.

US presidents are frontmen for their policies. Their aim to colonize and control planet earth may destroy it. Their drive for global hegemony should scare everyone.

Well, it emanates from the political faction. But it's infinitely worse because it's tempered with Zionist integument. Secretary of Defense Bolton(dual Israeli Zionist) warhawks' kingpin has Iran in the crosshairs.

eports of US Syria Pullout Greatly Exaggerated
by Stephen Lendman (stephenlendman.org - Home - Stephen Lendman)
Since Trump announced the pullout of US forces from Syria on December 19, not a single Pentagon military personnel was withdrawn.
All that's happened so far is the movement of equipment around on the Middle East chessboard, redeploying it, clearly not pulling out.
Pentagon spokesman Col. Sean Ryan lied saying the so-called coalition (meaning 95% America, Britain and France most of the rest) "has begun the process of our deliberate withdrawal from Syria. Out of concern for operational security, we will not discuss specific timelines, locations or troops movements."
Pentagon reports can never be taken at face value. They're willfully and consistently deceptive. The indefinite timeline for withdrawing US forces from Syria is code language for delay to keep them in place, perhaps adding to their numbers.
According to Fars News, the US sent "500 truckloads of military equipment to Deir Ezzor despite Trump's pullout call" - an announcement Bolton, Pompeo, and Pentagon Joint Chiefs running his regime's geopolitical agenda oppose.
The large convoy carried weapons and equipment to Eastern Syria, the third one since Trump's December announcement, indicating US forces are staying, not leaving.
According to the Arabic-language Xeber 24 website, a US military convoy consisting of scores of trucks carrying weapons and equipment arrived at the Pentagon's base in Hasaka province, located in northeastern Syria.
Reports on the ground indicate not a single US soldier left the country - over three weeks after Trump's announcement. Another Pentagon convoy of around 200 trucks with weapons, munitions, and equipment was sent from US bases in Iraq to Manbij, Raqqa, and Ein Issa in northeastern Syria.
A Kurdish report said Pentagon trucks arrived in Amouda in northeastern Syria en route to a US military base in the area.
Fars News said "(t)he Army has sent new military convoys to a military base under its occupation in Northeastern Aleppo despite US President Donald Trump's decision to withdraw troops from Syria," according to local sources on the ground.
The Pentagon continues sending convoys of weapons, munitions and equipment to its Syrian bases - "reinforcing its military bases in Eastern Euphrates," Fars News explained.
Separately, French Foreign Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian said his nation's military personnel will remain in Syria until "a political solution" is reached - code language for regime change, indicating the Macron regime intends staying in Syria along with US forces indefinitely.
UK forces are likely to remain as well. Britain's war ministry said "(w)e do not comment on special forces."
On Thursday, the Arabic-language Al-Maloumeh website cited a security force on the ground, saying the Pentagon plans building four new military bases in Iraq's Anbar province, bordering Syria's Deir Ezzor province.
Other US bases are being built in Iraqi Kurdistan and elsewhere along the border with Syria. Statements by Bolton and Pompeo, saying the US remains committed to keep combatting ISIS (it supports) is further code language, indicating the Trump regime's intention to remain in Syria and Iraq, not leave either country.
Pompeo saying "(w)hen America retreats, chaos follows. America will not retreat until the terror fight (it supports) is over" is about as clear as its gets about the US intention to remain wherever its forces are deployed - in the Middle East and everywhere else.

I like your definition of a politician. Maybe you should submit it to Webster's Dictionary. It's kind of hard to believe with all the shit going on in the world that anyone would be thinking about attacking another country. I think Trump is bluffing about pulling the troops out of Syria.
