    Just validates my earlier comments.

BTW......CVCX plays like a computer, we do not.

Your comments are indicative of a junior player with expectation beyond reality.

ALL OF US HAVE COUNTLESS STORIES ABOUT BAD BEATS! Frankly, I couldn't care less that at +8 you split 10s and lost and neither do the experienced layers.

Go verify your game and validate your protocols and go play......... or not........

Moses replies: No reason to beat the crap out of a newbie. Those bad beats are generally a result of "lack of" like patience and discipline. But who could blame them with all the Bonnie and Clyde's claiming to soak casinos as if they owned a license to steal. To them it's always bet more sooner. Screw game selection, I travelled along way to get here, so by God I'm playing. IF you can't beat Verite in the peace and quiet of your home. How do you plan do beat the casinos at "their" game with all the hustle going on around you?

Simple. You have to make them play your game...at that takes WORK, P and D.

    Default Huh?

Nothing wrong with $100 max. Just have to realize you are playing low limits and wins will be smaller, but also losses. The last time I played Deadwood max bet was $5. Should be able to hit the $10,000 mark in a year if you can get 300 hours of playing time.

I'm not going too far into depth on soft doubles, since I've mentioned about this before at some point, but as was mentioned already in the thread, key cards can have quite an impact. You mentioned Hi-Lo +4 to double A,5vs3, but there is such a thing as being at Hi-Lo +10 with the optimal decision to hit. There's such a thing as Hi-Lo index -2 with the optimal decision to double A5vs3! The Hi-Lo index is sort of broad brush and if you have lots of (4,5) removed, lots of surplus (7,8) in the remainder, this weighs in quite heavily, pushing in the direction to hit rather than double. This can be calculated to the very exact, but is more like a fun-filled trivia fact unless you are able to do the required practical application at the tables using the composition dependent index on soft doubles.

Moses replies: So they actually let you play with a laptop and a spreadsheet at the table? Now, for most it's a stretch that you can count 3 columns by reducing the lowest to zero, side count Aces and quickly tally that amount to determine the size of your next bet. I get it. But now you say you can also side count the 23s,45s,67s,89s?

Post #21 is Tarzan's best post in years.
That is because it is concise and perfectly
    understandable.

There are indeed counts like The Tarzan Count
and two (2) others that come to
    mind that
arm the user with P.E. between 0.8% and 0.9%

These are obviously not for casual recreational users.

Moses replies: I realize you think your friend Tarzan can walk on water. But you need to accept the fact you both were drunk...and that lake was frozen.

Perhaps you need recreationally use that wacky weed you're smokin.

If your average losing session is greater than your average win, and you play fixed amount of time for sessions, then something is very wrong.

    Don

Moses replies: Sessions are dictated by game selection and circumstances. If it's predicated on time? Then it's just a matter of time until you're history.

Therefore, it not believable these guys can travel hours and miles to get to a game where they do not control their own game, play the oppositions game, and thus lower their standards because of travel...and the simple fact they want to play.

Want to write about profits? Then move to a city where you can play everyday and control the game.

Default Side Count of 7s for HALVES/HILOW

O brother. Run some Sims spotted dog. Want to improve the 7? Then drop the two. You guys are going to side count and PE yourselves into poverty. The game HAS changed. Deal with it.

Nice presentation Dalmatian, however my feeling is that side counts are not necessary at all especially with a count as difficult as Halves. Just more room for errors.

Good point. You don't need to build a watch to know the time. Simple made complex. You don't "need" to know in the moment, what you ate they makes you crap. The IMPORTANT thing to know is when you HAVE to crap. Thus the shortest route to the restroom. Geezous, side counting 7s on Wong Halves. Now I've heard it all. I HOPE.

    That was funny man!
After over 10000 BS bragging posts, it turns out that T3 doesn't even play BJ! What a damn joke, LOL!
T3 is no threat to any casino because he spends most of his time bragging on BTF.

Default Side count AA89 and God know what else

If you believe my analysis is flawed then please report my posts to the webmaster and ask him to move my posts to DISADVATAGE FORUM where faulty math and vodoo is posted. Let's see what happens.

    BJ Analyst writes:

Moses replies: Norm. It doesn't matter if his math is correct or not. It BELONGS in the DISADVANTAGE FORUM because his advice his flawed from the start. Any idiot knows you don't keep count with your chips. Who gives a flip about the rest. What good is it if you can't perform it. MORE BS.

Take Freighters advice and Wong Halves side count the Ace. Far more reasonable and DOABLE. Can't do it? O well, that sucks.

    Default 75?

Bosox writes; Dbs, you like to play single deck, you know about 75 indexes but you haven't used most of them because you think it does not get you much out of it. What the f--- is wrong with this picture?

Moses replies: In the words of Jim Mora regarding playoffs. 75? You're talking 75? Where in the world do you come up with 75? HiLO on single deck? Hell, don't worry about the casinos. I'll be your dealer and give you 6.5 and 50% pen. Yes, of course, knock yourself out and play all 75 indices. Geesh.

C'mon Norm! What gives with this puppet?

21 Forme writes to Bosox and Freightman: Why do either of you bother reading his posts?

Moses replies: Valid point. However, it is better to challenge why they still exist. What good does it do after they've exited which is your M.O.
STAND UP this time 21 FORME. Head out of sand. Voice? USE it.

DBS/T3 writes: Because my posts are some of the most interesting and informative on this site. They aren’t the typical AP stuff...they make you think and see things from another side. Cant wait to see the responses from this post. Lol

Moses replies: Your posts regarding single deck are like a car wreck. Holy shit, they really give that idiot a license to drive. Ahem, exactly which side is single deck HiLO and 75 indices? Bullshit side? You've went from a part time red chipper to an expert who now trains newbies in just a few months. C'mon T3. Stop dickin around!

Bosox writes: 21forme, where else will you get stories like the above? The man not only buys dinners for beggars but also teaches them how to play blackjack. Sort of like the story of teaching a man how to fish and he will never go hungry again theory. Forgetting the fact that the beggars do not have a starting stake to begin with, Dbs thinks, who cares I made friends anyway.

21forme replies; Bosox - I wouldn't know. Like you, I've been doing this a long time and I don't need the entertainment nor have patience for reading drivel. dbs has been on my ignore list since shortly after he arrived here.

Clearly, DBS/T3 likes to fuck with you guys. Hey, it's your town. What are going to do about it? Ignoring doesn't seem to work. I've never understood how a guy can be playing red chips, make 6 figures his first year, and be training newbie's to repeat his efforts. THAT, my friends is called BULLSHIT. I've never trained a newbie in my life. Why in the world would I do that? and for free? So his ass can take my seat? Shrewd. What is wrong with these kind of posters? Why do they seem to show up primarily in your town?

I think it's time you guys remind Norm of his quality of posts in exchange for quantity mantra. All this guy is doing is driving quantity, which in essence, makes you guys look like buffoons. No offense meant. Suggestion! Don't reply directly to him. That is exactly what he wants or needs in order to beat off or something. Keep your conversation with each other about a 3rd party. Like I just did in the underlined sentences.

Btw, I see it all the time in a casino. These guys will go around talking to themselves and the minute you make eye contact or try to be nice? They open up like a volcano and won't ever shut up again. Hence, the patron becomes a target. You guys are HIS target.

DBS/T3 writes 6: Yeah, it’s called being a compassionate AP. I know this is very rare. Most APs brag about how they stiff dealers.

We have a job to do. A damn difficult one. No need to brag. The compassion is to compete. Just DO your job!

One guy really wanted me to train him. I would not because he has no idea of the depth it takes to be successful in this game. So he wanted to watch me play. Well, I can't stop him. But if he gets me banned, I for warned him I would punch him in the throat.

Everyone with entitlement issues think all they have to do is show up and play. They just make money and then form an alliance. IF this were true and so damn easy, then why would a casino offer a game and hire all those guys to wear nice suits? Maybe soon they will put in an express lane when you can collect from a drive up window.
May, I take your order? Uh, yes, give me two blackjacks and a double down on 11 for $300 please!

Few understand the work. DBS in a nutshell.
