Your welcome Moses. Norm likes to play favorites over at his website, we've known about it for some time now here at the ZenZone. T3 and Flash could never do wrong in Norm's eyes. How did Flash ruin your vacation?

I am a liar when it comes to playing poker in some instances. When someone wants to know what I had in a hand I will usually lie to them to keep them off balance, keep them guessing you know.

Lol. I suppose it's alot different with poker.

We were driving back to my high school class reunion. My lady was driving and in a bit of a pissy mood. My goal was to determine the best possible set of tag values so I could then compare it to the column count. For whatever reason, Flash was on me from day one.

I was trying to understand SCORE as it applies in a SIm. CV Data isn't exactly a slam dunk in the beginning. I guess they thought I was trolling or something. This was not the case. I was merely trying to understand the figures in the SIm. For instance, they said SCORE doesn't change. I'm sitting there watching it change every million hands in the SIm.

Anyway, we almost had it figured out. Mofongoo was very helpful. Then Flash, who doesn't know dick about Sims, jumps in and fucks it all up again.

Between the combination of the two, I couldn't see drive another 500 miles in and then 1000 miles back home. So we turned around and went home. From that point forward, I decided not to take one ounce of shit from him again without giving back at least two.

Poker players are assholes! The majority of them are anyways, male or female, it doesn't matter. If a poker player asks for information after a hand is over and they want to know what I had or may have had, I will lie to them during the game to try and throw them off and keep them off balance.

That's pretty funny that you did a U-Turn on the way to your high school reunion. I never went to mine. If I had to drive a 1000+ miles to go to a high school reunion I think I would have done the same thing you did, without a doubt.

I wouldn't let ZMF's lip services get to you. My outlook when dealing with gamblers, gamers, or dealers (casino gaming or illicit type) is don't take shit from anyone. When they give you attitude, you gotta give it right back! On Monday I didn't want to have to hurt that bastard that ran his lip to me, trying to run me down. But I certainly would have had he gotten out of line had he laid a finger on me, I would have assaulted and attacked him in front of his wife without question over a poker game. The only problem with that though, is that I would have been more than likely banned from the club and arrested for 2nd degree assault & battery.

The best part of this Monday's poker game I played was watching that fat bastard go on tilt after I hyper elevated his blood pressure to the point of boiling, then watching his old lady surrender her chips and quit the game after her old man got taken out of the game. Only to see them go home and leave the building before I got wrongfully tossed out of the game.

    Default Great Story. Good Advice.

Thanks Blizter. So poker is a contact sport! If it's any consolation a poker room is adjacent to one of the casino sportsbooks. We go in on MNF and scarf down free hot dogs and hambugers.

But there is a dark parking lot out back. Guys get into it a few times a month and out they go. On the other side is a bar where we bet on which guy the hooker is going to hook.

Now I ask you. Where else can you go on a Monday to get free food watch football and baseball on big screens, poker fights, as well as hooker negotiations all from the spin of your chair?

From what I've learned and seen playing the game of poker, it is a contact game. Normally it is not, however the cards don't always do the talking as we would like. People get pissed off when they play games and poker is no exception. Before I even really got into playing poker I realized that people had been beaten up, robbed, and killed over playing it and other card games, like the wild west days and before that. I think that's a reason why a lot of people gamble in the first place, the action and excitement that comes with winning and losing.

That was a wild story about the sportsbook where you hang out at. It seems like a place I would like to visit. I imagine there is a lot of activity out west. If hookers are prowling the bars to find johns that's crazy, must be tough times.
