    What t3 has to say:

"The problem with average intelligence is they are great parrot's. The absorb information well but fail to understand it or how to derive it. They can memorize and recite. Their minds are easily molded which can work well if the info absorbed is accurate but if the info isn't then they remain ignorant while thinking they know something. Below average intelligence isn't easily molded because their minds don't absurd information as well and can't learn easily by understanding things. Above average intelligence doesn't want to memorize answers. They want to understand concepts or the way things work so they don't have to memorize anything. If they have a question they want to know how to solve it not just what the answer is."

What he forgot to say is a super genius like me keeps repeating the same BS and hopes to impress someone!

The issue I had with Don recently, we took it off the board to PM. To end up on the same page I simply had to decide that when his team of experts did their research they did a good job with their assumptions and didn't just make them arbitrarily. I had not been accepting the assumptions as a given. I had nothing else better to go on rather than their assumption so once that was established we had no differences. My view of any assumptions is always to take a jaded view of them. Assumptions are the mother of all F'ups. Once I accepted the 6 round lag to changing tables as a reasonable assumption we were on the same page. I really don't worry about hourly spent in the casino. I should have looked at things from a backcounter's perspective, since that was what we were talking about, but I don't backcount and rather hunt for good conditions more than good counts. I just want to win the most with the least exposure not maximize my hourly return when I am in the casino. That is how you balance longevity and win rate.

Don and I posted our perspectives. From his perspective he was right but that perspective is not my priorities. It has its applications to my priorities and I use that but to me my priorities trump that perspective. Since we were talking about backcounting Don was right but I had more important considerations that I gave priority. I am hunting good conditions not backcounting for a good count. Don and I were having a conversation about backcounting so my perspective was off and Don's was right. I failed to step away from my primary goal and its perspective to see things from a backcounter's perspective. The difference being the time spent not betting is important to the backcounter's point of view. For the goals of my play it isn't. I learned a lot being challenged by Don as I always do. I am not sure that it has much of an application to what I do but it is always nice to learn something. That is what we are all here for isn't it.

Don and I have ended a few discussions off the boards by PM and I have asked Don things by PM that I didn't want posted publicly. Without all the forum interference he finds the words to help me see when I am wrong.

    So there!
    Ah mademoiselle, excuse moi.
    DonS has responded accordingly-

I tried to help you. I looked at things from your perspective and explained to you why it was incorrect, but you made no attempt to understand, just to overtalk me and swamp the discussion with verbiage. I can't help you, because you don't want to be helped; you only want to preach.

Default why T3 was banned at blackjackinfo.com

I came across a page that showed T3 was banned from blackjackinfo.com. Anyone old enough to remember why?

Perhaps Fraud-3's blackjackinfo banning was an accumulative thing for being a misleading dickhead.

I don't read Blackjack the voodoo site as often as I used to, as it is just irrelevant. But, when I am bored and need a laugh, I occasionally pop in.

    Here are my recent observations:

1.) After being thoroughly "debunked" and exposed by Don Schlesinger, Fraud-3, took a break from posting, or an embarrassment leave, under the guise of a "medical leave". Upon returning he toned down his rhetoric and outlandish claims....also the length of his posts. But that didn't last long. In 2 different ever growing threads, one entitled steaming something or other, and the second thread entitled 2017 blackjack, he is right back to his old ways....long posts filled with cherrypicked data, supporting his fantastic and outrageously impossible claims.

2.) Norm often claimed that I was responsible for continuing the count debate. I have been gone from that site for more than a year and the count debate in these two LONG thread continues as usual. Interesting.

3.) Despite that I have been gone for more than a year now, I have been mentioned a dozen times since the first of the year. This little gang of 3 or 4, wanted me gone so bad and now more than a year later....they can't stop talking about or referencing me. I think talking about someone that has been banned and can not respond when they are mis-characterized is very low and cowardice behavior (so I am not surprised to see it at the Voodoo forum).

In multiple cases a member attacking and arguing with Don Schlesinger, invoked my name numerous times in a manner that I disapproved of, making it look like I supported his charges against Don. I contacted Norm and knowing that he would not allow me to respond, simply asked him to post a statement on my behalf stating that I in no way supported or indorsed the comments and arguments that my name was being referenced to. Not surprising, Norm did not do so, nor even show me the courtesy of a reply.

4.) And finally reading through those pages and pages of those two threads mentioned containing latest "count debate" and renewed and latest batch of postings of Fraud-3's outrageously ridiculous claims, I couldn't help but notice that pages and pages, where like 3-4 posters. The whole site is only about a half dozen posters (or maybe posers, would be a better word), that contribute. 90-some members log on each day, but the site is reduced to a conversation among about a half dozen or so posters.

And for Fraud-3's part, he is reduced to trying to prove his claims to moses, who is now challenging him. Thoroughly debunked and exposed not just on the Voodoo site, but throughout the community, he is now down to trying to convince Moses of his ridiculous claims. There isn't another person in the community that believes him except for his comrade and cheerleader Flash, who when he removes his lips from Fraud-3 ass long enough to type, constantly tells us that Fraud-3 is the best blackjack player that ever lived.

I mean this is what the Voodoo forum now is. I almost feel bad for Norm, although he brought it on himself. But at least, having been thoroughly debunked and exposed there isn't the influx of newer players currently buying the load of crap. And THAT was always my main concern....so I am pleased with that development.

KJ, you are right. That site has reduced to three (T3 + two more) posters bragging about the magic systems they have figured out! They did mention your name here and there. Don't bother contacting their King for response. Anyone who has been reading the BJ sites for a while know who you are. You are a real pro who does not hesitate to state that sometimes you lose playing BJ. Your stories have been interesting reads.

Remember T3 mentioned that he was close to having sim results on his system? Did he ever discuss that? NO! Why? Not much better! Let the clowns be clowns because sooner or later bad variance will catch up to them. Then they will try to tweak their system again and judge based on good or bad variance they encounter afterward.

Thank you for those kind words, chubby wasp. After I joined the "community" and benefited by the likes of so many experienced and successful players at all levels, sharing their experiences and knowledge, I vowed to give back as best I could. Since I am not a math "geek" (term used affectionately) type guy, I decided I could best contribute by sharing my journey and experiences, the good, the (often) bad, and the ugly, as accurately as I could and I feel like I've done that. Unfortunately at times, this has been construed as bragging. But I have honestly tried to share my experiences as accurately as I could. Luckily there have been some good....many good times, along with the bad.

I certainly am not wishing bad variance or results that are less than expected for anyone. Clowns WILL be clowns. And frauds will be frauds. This is the internet and there are people saying things and making claims that aren't true. I generally don't get to bent out of shape over that. I let people say what they want. I figure most people sooner or later can figure out who knows what they are talking about and who is just talking. And generally given enough rope, the frauds, will hang (and expose) themselves.

But what made and makes the "fraud-3" situation different, is that he had some credibility from his years and years of posting, as a low level recreational player. He also has quite a bit of blackjack knowledge. He knows more than me involving all the intricate mathematics involved. But that's not really what is important, nor how you win in today's world of blackjack.

So the guy (Fraud-3) takes all his knowledge and mathematical expertise and makes long winded posts with intricate formulas and cherry-picked data to support his claims. This has the effect of 'muddying the waters', or making everything seem more realistic and plausible. In other words it gave him cover, or more credibility, and the effect was that you could just see other players and members, especially the newer, younger guys, buying this load of crap.

This is what makes this situation different to the point that I (am a couple others) felt I HAD to call him out, when I otherwise would just let him hang himself. He really spun quite an elaborate "web". And Norm, aided him by censoring anyone who challenged him. Norm being a respected and very knowledgeable math type guy, certainly knew these claims were unrealistic but yet he not only allowed them for more than a year now, but silenced anyone who challenged these misleading and fraudulent claims. Only Norm can know why he did that.

    And by the way....."sometimes lose".

As we speak, I am 3 months and 34 thousand dollars removed from my last all-time high. That means I have been losing (more losing than winning) for 3 months.....to the tune of $34,000! I have had 4 such period that lasted 5 months or longer. And that is 5 months of playing everyday or nearly every day.

The reason I mention this is because this is another reason, I have tried to accurately share my journey and experiences. I think the variance involved, these very swings that I am now in the midst of is one of the least understood parts of the game, especially for newer players and one of the aspects that they are least prepared for.

Yeah, you can read all the mathematical crap about this game. All the numbers and formulas and so on and so forth. But just wait until you hit one of these periods where you just lose....for long periods. Few are really prepared for that.

And it is 100 times worse for anyone supporting themselves from their play as I do. The recreational or even guys supplementing their income can just take a break and re-group. Their life and income won't change. Professional players can't take a break. If we take a break that means less annual EV and ultimately income. So if we are losing day after day, for 3 months, as I currently am, we just power through it. Sometimes that is challenging.

So I hope that my sharing my experiences of going through these types of situations can better prepare others for this aspect, which isn't often discussed in the books and such.

Your honest description of real life BJ experience is invaluable to those who want to turn pro. I firmly believe that if you have used ten side counts, the result would have been similar, maybe with a little less loss, but still loss. We all contribute to the theoretical distribution curve, no escape. My hat off to those like you who do this for a living. The up and down ride is indeed crazy to say the least. No matter how one counts, as long as you draw cards from a pool, you will face variance. T3 seldom loses because he seldom plays!

    Wish you good cards!

I'm surprised that Norman banned T3 if this is true. Norman ought to ban himself for a length of time from his own site.

It sucks to hear that your going through another down turn on the BJ tables KJ. $34K is a good amount to be down for several months worth of play. Hopefully you get it back and then some. I haven't been playing that much poker lately other than practicing some blackjack at the house and playing some gin rummy when I go over to a buddies house to smoke out. I basically took the month of December and half the month of January off from playing any game, I was so disgusted & upset with some local poker opponents after an early December poker tournament that I just stopped playing with this crowd of people for awhile. All I have to say is that they are a bunch of idiots, but they are the only other card players in close proximity to socialize with on occasion. Tomorrow I'll be heading down to the casino for a few days to extract some coin from the cash poker players and then use their money to stake me in some tourneys. That's the plan anyways.

Since Nevada has legalized marijuana how is the smoke out in Vegas KJ? Are you tokin & smokin up Vegas' finest buds?

The latest Fraud-3 and "Blackjack the voodoo forum" developements:

Over the last 2-3 months, a new nemesis has emerged for T3. A member that goes by CanadaKevinB. CanadaKevinB presents himself as a 20 year high stakes professional player. In various descriptions, he plays or played aggressive high stakes play. Burns em down and moves on. Very reminiscent of Kevin Blackwood’s 20 career and approach.

I don’t know if CanadaKevinB is Kevin Blackwood, or someone pretending to be or playing off Kevin Blackwood, but he appears to know his stuff. I asked “stink bomb” (Norm) to confirm if this member was Kevin Blackwood, thinking maybe I had missed this somewhere along the line, but I didn’t hear back from “Stink-bomb”. Norm feels free to contact me when he has something on his mind, but when I contact him, he can’t even be bothered to show the courtesy that I suspect his mother taught him.

So anyway, whether this member is actually Kevin Blackwood is almost irrelevant. The guy (or gal) knows his/her stuff....he's kind of arrogant, but knows his stuff, so there is no reason to doubt his/her success. Yet our hero T3 is going about his usual business trying to elevate himself above this person, in both knowledge and success. I just love it when this She-3 person makes some sort of comment like: “no one else can do what I do”.

So, during the course of some of this back and forth, our hero T3 blurted out that “in the two years since he has been playing professional he has averaged 90k in EV.”

Ok, a couple things about that: Let’s go back two years...summer of 2015, to when myself and two other professional players, were suspended/driven from Norm’s site for calling this person out. Our argument was that up until that time this person, She-3 was a self proclaimed recreational part-time, low limit player. He re-invented himself overnight….actually announced ahead of time that he was going to and then started making all these grandioso claims about both his own success and the “power” of his super-duper counting methods.

So by his own timetable, at that time in 2015, he was in his infancy of “professional play”. So besides the fact that his claims were, and continue to be impossible (500% increase over traditional counting), he had no right to be making any kind of claims based on his experience. His experience at that time was insignificant, too small a sample size to mean anything. THIS by his own, now admitted timetable. But that didn’t stop him from making ridiculously impossible claims and intentionally misleading other members.

So, moving forward and again concentrating on this statement: “in the two years he has been playing professional he has averaged 90k in EV.” CanadaKevinB followed up by inquiring what max bet T3 was playing in which T3 confirmed $500. T3 went on to list numbers per 100 rounds of $81.12 per 100 rounds and $112 per 100 rounds.

So let’s compare T3’s results to my own, a lowly, mid-level card counter, playing a simple level one count, what Flash describes as a “recreational count”. And it’s a fair comparison because my max bet is in all but rare cases below $500, sometimes as low as $300.

In my last 2 years 2015 and 2016 I had a combined blackjack EV of 168k. That’s an average of 84k. While number per 100 rounds can differ greatly by game, I have a average of just under $90, rather than 2 different numbers like he came up with.

    So: T3 , KJ

    Average EV per year 90k , 84k

    Average per 100/rounds 81.12/100 & 112/100 rounds , 90/100 rounds

Again these numbers are based on comparative top wagers.

So my point: Where is this magnificent, unbelievable increase of upwards of 500%?

With all this blabbering we have listened to (read) for several years, about this great super duper counting method that no one else can play, “few can understand, let alone play”, his own results bare out what I was saying several years ago. ALL nonsense. Miniscule, if any, improvement from different counting methods and counts.

It’s like we have spent the last several years, reliving the arguments of the 80’s and the conclusion comes out exactly the same. Miniscule, if any difference between counts and counting methods. That just is not what card counting is about in 2017.

But thank’s T3 for wasting two years of our time, with you completely unfounded bullshit claims. You have made quite a name for yourself.

I don't keep up with Norman's site other than what may be listed in the news section. T3 has many enemies with the casino being the main adversary. I never kept up with the so-called super duper count although I know the stipulations of your frustrations regarding this issue KJ.

That's odd that Norman is sending you emails and never answers yours. Maybe he's phishing around for info? Just shows his arrogance. He should let the damn forum run it's own course. Don't police it! He's still sore from election night when his witch didn't win.

Still waiting to see his sim results for his super duper count! He is quiet about it because of the embarrassing small gain he's found out. More twerking, I mean tweaking!
