Kat, don't know if you're familiar with Tommy Emmanuel, talented Aussie born finger-pick style guitarist. Well, this is in honor of him, this is one of my favorite guitarists...

Another beautiful moving experience, singing about what really matters, it brings tears to my eyes,, almost unbearable to hear.

I first listened to this song in 1969 on a album I owned by Dion, I was 18, a senior in HS and already signed up for the U.S. A.F.,,I remember lying on my bed and often listening to this song, over and over, contemplating my new and upcoming life experiences, there was actually a great peace this song gave me at that time. I have gone through so much in the intervening years, yet now they seem as if a whirlwind, and I am, at 64, drawing nearer the end of it all, so I can look and see my life, much like this beautiful song. I think I can truly say that the loves in my life at the end will be far greater than I could have ever dreamed, and better than I may have deserved.
