Of course, this is a good problem to have, but it still feels like a problem to me and is causing a lot of stress as this level of "attention" is uncomfortable. Acclimation is coming quickly as now a free $200 seems like too little to encourage me to go out of my way to collect.

Addendum: Took me a few hours to figure this out... easy solution: up my minimum bet by 3x or 4x, then the financial incentives will be in line with my "risk."
I wouldn't feel guilty about giving them more action than what you think your obligated to give them. That's a personal decision. If that one casino is giving you 10X your minimum bet that's awesome. I know I would be down there using those comps unless the timing isn't right.

My store hands me $3k in match plays per month. That's 120x my minimum bet. So how can I quit 'em?

That's nice and I cannot blame you. $3K in promo chips a month is enough to keep a person interested and coming back. Promo chips are nice but I like the free rooms too because it gives me more time in an area without digging into my trip bankroll. I've noticed that several places have dropped me totally from their comps programs either because I haven't been playing there enough or they view me in an unfavorable manner, probably a combination of the two. I gave one of these casinos some action on 3 separate occasions in the not so distant past but they still send nothing except for their bullshit emails informing me, "what's going on," which has no value to me. Then this other casino sends me a 3 hour window to claim a promo chip comp on New Years Eve, the assholes! They're really trying to start the year off right!

    Thumbs up Bishop Says

"Every professional gambler I know is addicted to solving puzzles. ... Blackjack legend Ken Uston was a Pac Man addict. He spent the better part of a year figuring out how to play this arcade game all day long on a single quarter. I once asked him why he'd bothered. 'Geez, Arnie,' he said. 'I like getting the free games.'" (Snyder, Arnold. The Poker Tournament Formula. 2006. p. 325)

I've noticed that Uston was a video game freak by the books he wrote on beating computer games. He'd probably be an avid gamer to this day if he were still alive. It fits right in with blackjack in my opinion as far as trying to beat a game. Just last week I took my niece to the arcade. They happened to have an old Mortal Kombat II arcade game. I ended up beating the game after several tries as it was one of my favorite games while growing up on console platforms. The guy running the place said, "Your the best player that I've seen in a long time, if we have a tournament your going to be in it." That was after I beat him.
