    Companies are amoral--legal fictions. But their boards are moral agents, and as such, board members have a moral responsibility to act rightly. When they don't we should go after them through legal means, and other means, such as boycotts of their products and services. Like people in general, some boards are good and some are bad. We need to put the heat on the bad ones. Maybe we should get some of your cartoons printed in the Wall Street journal, Kat.
